Job Description

If you' d like to take your back office and processing experience to the next level, this temporary entry-level role could be a great stepping stone. It' s expected to last through sometime in early May and is a great foot in the door. Located in Springfield.

Under direct supervision, you' ll learn to follow established guidelines and procedures and perform the basic functions of the role. This includes  collecting and processing death and life claims, providing support to claim examiner,  conducting follow-ups for outstanding information by phone or letter, fielding telephone calls, and reviewing imaged documents. In addition, you' ll perform other administrative tasks as needed by the department.

Office Support Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience (especially with outbound calls)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Previous claims experience preferred
