In this role, you’ll be working in the budgets office of an academic institution and will handle a variety of general accounting tasks. Most days, you’ll handle things like entering purchase orders, making journal entries, uploading budgets, and performing minor account reconciliations. In addition, you’ll also assist with general administrative support (updating files, scheduling meetings, etc.).
- At least 2 years of accounting clerk experience
- Ability to learn computer programs quickly
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
