Looking for an administrative position with room to grow? We’re working with a long-term client to find the perfect match for this sales support/customer service role. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an organization that loves to promote individuals from within, so it can work out to become a great stepping stone.
In this role, you will be using your warm personality and top-notch admin skills to be the face of the company and to provide support of various types to the customer service department. This includes things like covering phones, booking conference rooms, supply orders, customer follow-ups, etc.
For this opportunity, there are some key traits that will help to make you a success. You’ll be excellent with computers and can work effectively as part of a team but also independently. In addition, the balance between outgoing assertiveness and polite professionalism will be key. And last, having an inquisitive nature will be helpful as it means you’ll know when to ask questions for clarification.
- 1-3 years of recent customer service or customer-facing administrative experience
- College degree preferred
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Punctuality and willingness to work as part of a team
- The desire to learn and grow
