This non-profit office in Turners Falls needs your administrative skills for a temporary project. It’s expected to last through late August and offers a pay rate of $15 per hour.
In this role, you’ll be providing general office support to various departments. You could be performing data-entry, transcribing information, or maintaining records. In addition, you’ll be using your people and communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals: coworkers, customers, vendors, etc. During the course of your assignment, other projects will arise as well, so this role certainly keeps you busy!
At least 2 years of recent administrative assistant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google
Fast, accurate data-entry skills
Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
