Are you an administrative pro who is great at Salesforce? This temporary Administrative Specialist role could be a fascinating and fun challenge for you! It’ s expected to go through the end of the year but could get extended beyond that. Located with a huge financial services organization in Springfield, and the pay rate is $20 per hour.

Essentially, you play a key role in supporting a number of managers by handling complex, behind-the-scenes functions so they can focus on what they do best. You’ ll monitor key milestones during customer implementation and re-enrollment processes (using Selerix). Some of your regular tasks include creation of participation reports that go to Managers and Account Managers for review. From there, you create final reports and update that information in Salesforce. Other administrative duties involve creation of New Case folders and managing/organizing files in SharePoint. Along the way, you’ re responsible for handling several paperwork processes to ensure all the ducks stay in a row and that no situations slip through the cracks.

Requirements/Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a complex administrative support role
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce

 
  • Fantastic time management and ability to prioritize tasks
