Business Operations Consultant 3

This role is a full time contract assignment for approximately 6 months. Starts out working remotely but will transition to on site location once the work site campus reopens.
Supports the Corporate travel department of a large financial/investment organization. Will be responsible for performing research and analysis to support business operations and presenting data to management. Also involves determining best practices and suggestions to improve current processes as well as problem solving.
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, analysis, and problem solving abilities.
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of business travel and expenses
- Analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies
- Data interpretation
- Experience using Concur
- Strong Excel & Pivot Table Skills
