Job Description
Do you love working in a fast-paced, customer-driven atmosphere? This temporary call center representative role is a solid foot in the door, and it actually could become a temp-to-hire! Pay rate is $17 per hour, and the role starts as a remote job but could go on-site to Enfield at some point in 2021.
In this role, you’ ll handle inbound calls from retirement services customers. Before you start working, you’ ll receive full training and will begin on the more basic calls. Once you’ re more proficient, you’ ll learn how to handle the more advanced calls. This position will use your ability to learn new things quickly and to navigate between many systems at once. It’ s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing multiple projects and who loves getting results.
Customer / Policy Service Specialist Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center a plus)
- Degree preferred (but NOT required)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly connect with customers
