In this role, you' ll be first point of contact for all technical support issues for the company website in a high-volume call center environment. The Specialist guides, assists, coordinates and follows-up on client questions, problems or malfunctions of website including registration issues, password resets, and troubleshooting loading errors. When unable to troubleshoot the issue, you' ll consult with higher-tier resources for help.
- Strong knowledge of web operations
- Good analytical and communication skills with sound judgment
- Ability to work effectively with client and other Systems Division staff
- Experience in an IT call center preferred
