Implementation Specialist
Looking for an opportunity to use your Worksite Voluntary Benefits experience? This 9-12 month contract position has the potential to transition to hire.  This role is fully remote and is open to candidates able to work Eastern Standard Time hours. Offers  with a pay rate range of $20 - $23 per hour.

As Implementation Specialist you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing sold case documents and reviewing for accuracy
  • Validate licensing, commission splits, etc. as needed
  • Create paper applications and rate sheets
  • Build enrollment event on electronic enrollment platform
  • Review and prepare employee census information for upload  
  • Participate in case build QC activities
  • Provide support to internal and external business partners as required
  • Prepare report documents as needed
  • Ensure high quality output, accuracy and attention to detail

Required Skills & Education:
  • Case management & Insurance industry experience preferred 
  • Must have experience worked with Excel and can create and edit formulas, merge data, and manipulate spreadsheets required
  • Must be able to edit forms between Word and Adobe and save properly. Experience with Adobe highly preferred
  • Customer service experience or case management role within financial services or life insurance industry a plus
  • Insurance product knowledge a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Experience working with enrollment platforms a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Problem solving, planning and organization, critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Intermediate experience and knowledge in Excel and Adobe Acrobat highly preferred
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelors preferred
