This eight-month temporary position is a great foot in the door with one of the area’ s largest employers (located in Springfield). You’ ll use your expertise in designing and implementing learning and training programs to do complex work for this department. Pay rate is based on experience.
In this role, you’ ll work on the analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of training for compliance needs while incorporating the instructional design methodology. In order to be successful, you’ ll collaborate with other departments to determine training needs and then implement training solutions to maximize the learning and understanding of new industry regulations. After implementation, you’ ll evaluate the effectiveness of the learning intervention for the learner and organization.
Learning & Performance Consultant Requirements
- Bachelor’ s degree (securities license a plus)
- Knowledge of instructional design (ADDIE Model)
- Proficient in learning management systems (ex. PinPoint)
- Knowledge of Articulate 360, Brainshark, Storyline
