Operational Support Specialist/Annuity Case Management

This is an outstanding opportunity to work for one of Springfield's largest employers.  This 6 month plus contract role has the possibility of being extended or potentially could lead to hire.  In this role you will use your problem solving and reconciliation skills to process and complete annuity applications for customers.  This role could be onsite or remote in EST hours.

The Ideal Qualifications

1-2 years annuity experience
2 years financial services or insurance experience
Insurance producer license
Advanced typing and computer skills
Basic computing and typing skills

Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a CSR, in an Operations role, in a sales operation’s role, and/or at a fintech company.
1 year+ Financial service or annuity insurance processing experience
Organized and able to manage multiple projects and initiatives across several platforms
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to interact with clients and processing partner
Flexible and willing to adapt to changing dynamics within an evolutionary process and team
6 month contract position, must work Eastern Standard Time Zone hours.  Pay rate is $20.00 per hour.  Overtime hours may be available.
