In this position, you’ ll work with a team of recruiters and sourcers to handle full-cycle recruitment for a variety of entry-level, non-exempt roles. Within your assigned area of business, you’ ll go way beyond just posting job ads and will instead use creative, innovate ways to find talent across a broad spectrum of roles. Each day, you’ ll use your recruiting skills for sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and selection of candidates. In addition, you’ ll be proactively developing a pipeline that delivers a diverse pool of individuals. - At least 5 years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience
- Documented success with proactively searching for candidates through various methods
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to quickly build trust and relationships
- Proficiency in Workday or Smashfly a huge plus!
